Rule 28
Actions taken after serving notice of summons
The summons or notice issued by the court in relation to the complaint filed against the Government of Nepal or a government employee in connection with government work shall be immediately sent to the concerned office or employee along with the attached documents as soon as the concerned government attorney receives it.
